COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gordos Crouzet GORDOS PB-32D Board parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Idec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Maple-Systems product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Idec such as the HG3G8JT22MFB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JZNC0P1572 manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAP340B240F by Manufacturer Maple-Systems as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Asahi-Keikico Brand MDR23013T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as Micromastervector6SE32128CA40 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC752VCS048C made by Ge as well as the popular INX6486D4DSC original spares produced by Ann-Arbor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MBC959A by Mitsubishi and Micromastervector6SE32128CA40 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HE500CTIU110P002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Control. |
